The Secrets Come Out...

Pineapple Fritters

These festive fritters are everyone’s favorite, and are great hot or cold.

Ingredients
2 eggs
½ cup water
1 cup flour
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar

2 cans of pineapple slices – drained

Directions
In a food processor or with a whisk, combine all batter ingredients until smooth.  Dip each slice of pineapple in the batter and place it in a frying pan filled with hot oil.  Fry on each side until golden brown.

Line a baking pan with paper towels.  When the fritters are ready, remove them one at a time from the frying pan and stand them in a column in the baking pan, to ensure that the most oil that can get out – does! 

These won't last long....a guaranteed pleaser!
